Dear me, why am I up so late? (it's 3:14am)
Last submission for today, obviously. I'm starting to get REALLY tired...
Honestly, this took maybe an hour. I was just experimenting with special effects and all that good stuff. I thought it turned out rather nice looking for something done so quickly.
It was rather fun working on this one... Rouge used to be one of my favorite Sonic characters. Still kind of is, actually.
